(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner who retired as a JBT Teacher on 31.3.2020 is that the service rendered by her prior to 2002 in Government aided privately managed school is not being treated as qualifying service for the purpose of computing her pension.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case, the petition is disposed off with a direction to Director Public Instructions (E.E.), Punjab (respondent No.2) to look into the matter and to dispose of the MOHAN SINGH 2020.10.06 17:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
