**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) Petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of Certiorari, for setting aside the order dated 05th February, 2018 (Annexure P-8), passed by respondent No.1, whereby, application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay as well as the application for recalling of order dated 09.05.2017, had been dismissed.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since the objections filed by the petitioners before the Recovery Officer are pending, he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to pursue the same, in accordance with law. 3.
Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
