**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents in compliance to the order dated 23.07.2016, passed in CWP No. 14469 of 2016, titled as "M/s Prayas Multimedia Pvt. Ltd., Jalandhar Vs. State of Punjab and others" has decided the representation vide order dated 09.08.2016. A copy of the order dated 09.08.2016 has been produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. 2.

It was urged that the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action including laying challenge to the order dated 9th August, 2016, which was passed after the filing of the present writ petition. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to it, in accordance with law.
