Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition on the ground that a compromise has been effected between the parties and he also seeks liberty to file a petition seeking quashing of the present FIR on the basis of said compromise. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
