Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Petitioner is stated to have been engaged as a Preacher by All India Pingalwara Charitable Society,Amritsar and on account of his conviction in FIR No.109/2009 under Sections 420, 465,467,468, 471 IPC, PS A-Division,Amritsar, his services are stated to have been dispensed with. It is claimed that vide judgment dated 18.2.2016(P-1) petitioner has been acquitted by the Appellate Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a mandamus for reinstatement into service with full back wages or in the alternative decide his legal notice dated 5.5.2016.
It is apparent that for such a contract for service no writ petition would be maintainable against a Charitable Institution/Registered Society. Even the petition is lacking in material particulars.
