It is claimed that vide judgment dated 18.2.2016(P-1) petitioner has been acquitted by the Appellate Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a mandamus for reinstatement into service with full back wages or in the alternative decide his legal notice dated 5.5.2016.

It is apparent that for such a contract for service no writ petition would be maintainable against a Charitable Institution/Registered Society. Even the petition is lacking in material particulars.
