(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the prayer of the petitioner is for the release of arrears of the revised pay-scale, which she was entitled for keeping in view the services, which she rendered in an aided institution. Learned counsel for the respondents by placing reliance upon para No.3 of the reply states that the claim of the petitioner has already been sanctioned and a copy of the letter dated 03.07.2018 has been appended as Annexure R-1. Learned counsel for the respondents further states that now the actual benefits amounting to `90,056/- have also been released to the petitioner.

CWP-10202-2018 -2abovesaid fact, but states that the petitioner is entitled for amount more than the amount of `90,056/-, which has been released to her. He prays that the petitioner be allowed to approach the respondents authorities, raising her claim for the actual amount for which she is entitled for, by filing an appropriate representation.
Learned counsel for the respondents further states that in case, any representation is filed by the petitioner raising any grievance, the same will be considered in accordance with law and appropriate order will be passed on the same within a period of three months of the receipt of the same.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that keeping in view the undertaking given by learned counsel for the respondents today, petitioner does not press this writ petition any further and the same may be disposed of, as not pressed.
