**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Grievance of the petitioner is that he is not being allowed to work on the husk loader machine as he is being harassed at the behest of respondent No.5-Union.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Lakhvir Singh, P.S. Zira, submits that, at present, petitioner is working without any hindrance. However, in case, any compliant is received, same will be examined and appropriate steps taken, if circumstances so warrant. In view of the above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
