Petitioner-Rekha Sharma, aged 61 years has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered against her vide FIR No. 158, dated 12.8.2021, Police Station City, Hoshiarpur, under Section 420 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that mediation has resulted in a compromise amongst the parties. 4.
Learned counsel for the complainant Sh. Gurvinder Singh Sandhu, Advocate, who has also joined the video conference has endorsed the factum of compromise and has submitted that he has no objection for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.
In view of the aforestated position, the petition is accepted and the petitioner, in the event of arrest, be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Arresting/Investigating Officer and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
