JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking mandamus directing the respondents to promote the petitioner as Head Teacher from the date, his junior Balwinder Singh was promoted with all consequential benefits.

Upon notice reply has been filed contesting the claim. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the written statement contesting the claim, the petitioner has been granted the necessary relief and, therefore, he wishes to withdraw the present writ petition.
