(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was the successful highest bidder but the allotment letter has not been issued to him. The petitioner has sent representation dated 27.03.2025 (Annexure P-3) to the respondents in this regard but the same has not been decided till date. Issue notice to the respondents.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Arundhati Kulshreshtha, AAG Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents No. 1 to 4. The petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from now.
