(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr. P.C.') for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.143 dated 13.03.2022, registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 34 of Indian Penal Code(for short 'IPC'), at Police Station, Sadar Bhiwani, District Bhiwani.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to earlier order dated 03.07.2023 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation and has fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel per her instructions from Inspector Shekhar Singh submits that petitioner has joined investigation and in view of cooperation rendered by him, no custodial interrogation of petitioner is required. 4.
In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of petitioner is no more required and he has already joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, present petition is allowed. Order dated 03.07.2023 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to his furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of arresting officer and subject to petitioner's complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. It is made clear that any observations and/or submissions noted hereinabove shall not have any effect on merits of the case as the same are for the limited purpose of hearing the instant bail petition alone. 5.
