CWP No.15524 of 2016 writ petition, appropriate averments could not be taken, because of which he will not be in a position to substantiate his arguments. For these compelling reasons, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action, but with better particulars and attaching all the relevant documents.
