(ORAL) Challenge laid in this petition is to impugned order dated 06.07.2016 (Annexure P-10) passed by respondent No.1 whereby respondent Authorities had referred the matter to arbitration under Section 18(3) of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the issue in question is already covered by the judgment dated 01.08.2023 passed by this Court in a bunch of cases with CWP-12338 of 2019 titled Indian Oil Corporation Limited vs. Haryana Micro and Small Enterprise Facilitation Council, Chandigarh, Haryana and another being the lead case. Disposed of in terms thereof.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed objections under Section 16 of the Act with respect to maintainability of the Arbitration and appropriate decision be taken by the respondents.
