In this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the E-Auction Notice start of E-Auction on 27.07.2016 and close of EAuction on 27.07.2016 (Annexure P-7) and writ of prohibition to prohibit and stay the proceedings undertaken by HUDA authorities i.e., respondent No.2 regarding the above-mentioned E-Auction.

After arguing for some time, when the Bench was not agreeing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition (PIL).
