In view of the contents and prayer clause of the application, the same is allowed. Reply is taken on record.

CRM-M-37418-2021 The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 229 dated 17.08.2019 under Sections 341, 342, 506 IPC (323 IPC added and 342 IPC deleted later on) registered at Police Station North, Chandigarh and final report dated 24.11.2019 filed on 20.02.2020.

Learned State counsel submits that the charges have been framed during the pendency of the present petition.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of. Liberty reserved to file a fresh petition for quashing of charges. It is clarified that the time for which the present petition was filed and is pending before this court shall be excluded from the counting period of limitation.
