Reply has already been filed, but however, at this stage, counsel for the respondent has brought to the notice of the court that the divorce petition, which was sought to be transferred, has since been dismissed in default, vide order dated 29.07.2025, copy whereof is Annexure R-1, passed by learned Trial Court.

Seemingly, in view of the aforesaid order, so passed, none has appeared on behalf of the applicant.
