5 $ +(*, Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of necessary direction with respect to transfer of investigation of FIR No. 0043 dated 06.05.2019 registered under Sections 354, 376, 450, 506 IPC at Women Police Station Narnaul to any other independent agency or senior police official besides ensuring protection of life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of the accused. Learned counsel for the State informs that the present petition has become infructuous as the accused namely Vishal son of Chetan Prakash has been acquitted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Narnaul vide judgment dated 05.11.2022 rendered in Sessions Case No. 36 of 2020 titled as State vs. Vishal son of Chetan Prakash in case FIR No. 43 dated 06.05.2019 registered under Section 376/354/450/506 IPC at Women Police Station, Narnaul. A copy of the said judgment is taken on record.

CRM-M-28247-2019 2024:PHHC:039466 -2A perusal of the order sheets show that on the last date of hearing i.e. 04.07.2022, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the State, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. In case anything survives in the present petition, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the same within a period of three months from today, if so advised.
