(ORAL) The petitioner's grievance at this stage is that his application dated 10.11.2014 (Annexure P-4) for the allotment of a plot on account of his being an oustee has not been decided. The petitioner's property was acquired on 24.07.1973. His application was made over 40 years later. This petition is filed one year later. From the record, it is not clear as to what happened during this time including as to whether applications were invited for the allotment of alternate plots or not under the existing policy. 2.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the application dated 10.11.2014 (Annexure P-4) and to take a decision in respect thereof within three months from today. It is made clear that this order by itself does no create any other rights in favour of the petitioner.
