In the circumstances, filing the second writ petition for the same cause of action before this Court is not permissible in law as it amounts to abuse and misuse of the process of the Court. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the remedy that he is already pursuing before the respondent-authorities.
