On 23.12.2020, the previous revision petition (CR-2706-2020), filed by the petitioner, was disposed of by passing the following order:- "This revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner-wife. She prays for issuance of appropriate directions to the Family Court, Jalandhar, for early and final disposal of three execution petitions. It has been alleged that the respondent- husband is not paying the amount of maintenance pendent lite. It has been alleged that three execution petitions are pending since the year 2016.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and without going into the merits of the case, learned Presiding Judge, of the Family Court, is requested to make a sincere endeavour for disposal of the execution petitions, if any pending.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court that the previous revision petition (CR-475-2021), filed by the petitioner, was disposed of on 04.03.2021 with the following order:- "By filing the revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner-wife of respondent prays for early and final disposal of cases bearing no. CRM 185/2019, EXE/752/2019, EXE/202/2020 and EXE/9/2021. Through execution petitions, the petitioner prays for recovery of arrears of amount due towards maintenance pendente lite.

Without going into the merits of the case, the Executing Court is requested to show expeditious disposal of the aforesaid execution petitions.

Disposed of".

The learned counsel representing the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to the orders passed on 09.07.2021, 19.07.2021, 26.07.2021 and 13.08.2021 to contend that the Executing Court has failed to comply with the directions issued by this Court. 4.

Due to restricted functioning of the Courts on account of the spread of COVID-19, the Court could not proceed in the expeditious manner.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the Family Court is requested to take the effective steps for compliance of the orders passed by

this Bench.

With the observations made above, the present revision petition is disposed of.
