offer of plot Nos. 4-E and 4-F admeasuring 612.26 sq. meters in lieu of the plots originally allotted. The offer made by respondent No. 4 and accepted by the petitioner is recorded in the affidavit dated 13.12.2015 filed on behalf of the petitioner in Court today. The same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 2.
Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents state that the possession of the plots will be handed over to the petitioner within four weeks of the petitioner complying with all other requirements. 3.
The balance requirements, if any, to be complied with by the petitioner shall be informed to the petitioner's advocate(s) in writing on or before 11.01.2016.
