Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing the impugned order dated 18.06.2021 (P-6) passed by the respondent-Department, whereby case of petitioner for rectification in the provisionally seniority list, was rejected. At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that his grievance has been redressed; therefore, he does not want to pursue the present petition any further.

Disposed off accordingly.
