Perusal of order sheets shows that present matter pertained to the year 2020, however, notice has not yet been issued in the same till date as the matter has been either adjourned at request of learned counsel for the petitioners on 06.10.2020, 15.01.2021, 19.03.2021, 06.12.2021 and 12.09.2023; or has been adjourned on account of nonappearance on behalf of the petitioners i.e. on 30.03.2022 and 15.11.2022.
