The present petition is for quashing of FIR No.0060 dated 21.05.2020 under Sections 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Khuian Sarwar, District Fazilka. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been acquitted in the said FIR, therefore, nothing survives in the present petition and as such the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
