1. The present petition has been filed for setting aside the impugned transfer order dated 07.06.2024 passed by respondent No.1, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from his present place of posting. 2. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is transferred from District Jhajjar to District Nuh. In this regard, a representation dated 11.06.2024, Annexure P-5 has been submitted by him, which has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is sanguine of it being considered in a positive manner, in case, a direction is given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner by granting him an opportunity of hearing.
3. Learned State counel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 4. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 11.06.2024, within a period of 1 month, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and MOHIT 2024.07.04 09:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
