HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking direction to official respondents to conduct fair and proper investigation in case FIR No.0134 dated 24.07.2020 under Sections 148,149,302,323,379A,506,427,285,120-B IPC registered at P.S Bichhore, District Nuh. Deceased is the brother of the complainant in the FIR aforesaid.

It is stated that only five accused have been arrested and some of the accused are roaming freely and threatening the petitioner. Sh. Surender Singh, AAG, Haryana, on instructions from SI Hakumudin, States that five accused have been arrested and challan has been filed against them. During investigation, some deceased have been found to be innocent. Seven accused still remain to be arrested. Efforts are being made to nab them. He submits that in the representations (P.5 & P.6) stated to have been submitted by the petitioner to the respondents, no detail has been given as to which of accused was seen roaming and extending threats and as to whether the police was ever intimated either about presence of said accused at any particular place and of the inaction on the MANOJ KUMAR 2021.09.13 09:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view thereof, no further directions are required to be issued in the present petition. However, it would be open to the petitioner to specifically point out to the police if whereabouts of any of the accused is known to him. It is expected that the police would take prompt and swift action to arrest the accused on any information being provided by the petitioner or when the whereabouts of accused otherwise come to their knowledge. They should continue their efforts to arrest the accused who are evading arrest and take the case to its logical conclusion.
