The petitioner has Challenged a notice dated May 19, 2017, directing it to deposit the amount of about `12.5 crores. The notice itself states that the amount is due against M/s Bestways Transport India Pvt. Ltd. The petitioner contends that the liability of M/s Bestways Transport India Pvt. Ltd. cannot be foisted on it despite the fact that the Directors of the two companies are common as each is a separate legal entity. The petitioner has not even replied to the letter dated 19.5.2017 and has rushed to the Court.
