Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.141 dated 07.09.2020, registered at Police Station Anandpur Sahib, District Rupnagar, under Sections 454 and 380 IPC. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The situation was no different on the last two dates of hearing i.e. 24.02.2021 and 23.03.2021.

Vide order dated 06.10.2020 passed by this Court, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation and was granted interim bail to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer, subject to the conditions as envisaged in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
