The petitioner prays for grant of pre-arrest bail in a criminal case arising from FIR No. 87 dated 10.07.2020, registered under Section 307, 160, 148 & 149 IPC and 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Baghapurana, District Moga.

On 07.10.2020, notice of motion was issued and Ms. Samina Dhir, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab was requested to get complete instructions.

Mr. Samina Dhir, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, has submitted that the petitioner is not an accused as of now in the aforesaid FIR.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
