MEHTA, J.(Oral) The present case has been listed today in pursuance of "Special Mediation Drive - Mediation 'For the Nation" drive/campaign (launched by the National Legal Services Authority and circulated vide the letter dated 27.06.2025) to explore/ascertain as to whether the dispute between the parties can be referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre for the amicable settlement thereof through mediation. 2.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition has become infructuous and he requests that the same may be disposed of.
