(ORAL) By way of filing this petition, petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 to 5 to adhere to the decision of appointing the petitioner for weighing the crops for the crop year 20192020. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the petition so as to pursue appropriate alternative remedy available, as per law.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the same.
