In this writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned stay order dated 17.05.2017 (Annexure P-1) issued by respondent No.1 for the assessment year 201213. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that appeal filed by the assessee before the Tribunal has been allowed and thus, in view thereof, writ petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
