(Oral) Admittedly, the petitioner has a right to approach the Central Information Commission on account of the non-supply of the information pertaining to item no. 3 as asked for in Annexure P-4. Keeping in view the fact that there is a remedy provided under the Right to Information Act, 2005, counsel does not press the present writ petition and prays for withdrawal of the same with liberty to approach the said Commission.
