This is a petition under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct a fair and impartial inquiry into the representation Annexure P-2, dated 15.09.2020, filed by the petitioner and to take legal action against private respondents No.4 and 5 who are alleged to be illegally harassing and blackmailing the petitioner.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of Court, Mr. Harsimar Singh Sitta, AAG, Punjab has put in appearance. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Dilbagh Singh, has stated that the representation Annexure P-2 has already been marked and dispatched to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran on 16.09.2020 and that the same would be looked into by the DSP, in accordance with law.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, no further orders are required to be passed.

The petition accordingly stands disposed of.
