CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMOL RATTAN SINGH Present:- Ms. Mehak Sawhney, Advocate, for the petitioners. Amol Rattan Singh, J. (Oral) All the cases listed today have been taken up for hearing by way of video conferencing because of the situation existing due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
By this petition, filed under the provisions of Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners seek issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse them the remuneration from the funds that are being received in this regard by the respondents under Haryana e-Seva Scheme for Common Service Centers, 2014, read with letter bearing memo no.IT/2016/17095-17275 dated 18.03.2016 (Annexure P-1).
In respect of their grievance, the petitioners are stated to have got issued a legal notice to the respondents (copy Annexure P-2), which is however seen to be undated.
Without making any comment on the actual merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority amongst the respondents to take a decision on the aforesaid legal notice of the petitioners or, if that has not been received so far, to consider this writ VIKAS CHANDER 2020.10.19 09:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

If the petitioners or any of them are entitled to such remuneration that they are claiming, or any part of the same, the same shall be released to them within a period of two months thereafter, along with statutory interest thereupon, or if there is no statutory interest provided, then interest @ 6% per annum, running from the date that the amount became due to them till the date of payment thereof.
