***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Petitioner has prayed for quashing of letter dated 18.10.2017, Annexure P-10, whereby respondent No.3 has refused to grant NOC to the proposed site for petrol pump outlet. It is urged before the court that the order has been passed arbitrarily.

Stand of the State, on the other hand, is that there being a toll plaza near the proposed site, the permission was rightly declined. However, the said toll plaza has been removed on 30.10.2018. Thus, fresh order shall be passed after considering the plea of the petitioners within two months from today.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
