***** KIRTI SINGH, J.(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3, to provide protection of life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No.4 to 7.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Inspector Jakir Hussain, Police Station Old Industrial, Panipat, submits that both the parties have recorded their statement to the effect that there is no threat perception on behalf of private respondents and they are happily residing at their native village.
