**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.39 dated 22.04.2022, under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Barnala, District Barnala, along with all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 06.07.2022 (Annexure P-2), arrived at between the parties. At the outset, learned State counsel has pointed out that despite the interim protection granted to the petitioner in CRM-M-199432022 and availing numerous opportunities, the petitioner has not joined the investigation till date. He further submits that said CRM-M-199432022 has been dismissed by this Court vide order of the even date. CRM-M-32593-2022(O&M) -2Since the petitioner, despite availing ample opportunities, has not joined the investigation till date, no further indulgence is required to be passed by this Court.
