$% HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of FIR No.8 dated 18.03.2022 registered under Section 379-B read with Section 34 IPC (Section 201 IPC added later on), at Police Station Nangal Bhoor Pathankot, District Pathankot (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioners namely Jatinder Pal alias Jony and Waris Masih have been acquitted of the charges under Section 379-B read with Section 34 and 201 IPC vide judgement dated 01.12.2022 passed by Sessions Judge, Pathankot and the said fact is not denied by learned State counsel.

In view of the above-said submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.

Ordered accordingly.
