(Oral) The petitioner seeks issuance of a direction to the respondents to call the petitioner for scrutiny of her documents before the interview which were to be conducted on 5th and 6th of October, 2020. The petitioner had applied for the post of TGT English. All the relevant information pertaining to the declaration of result, scrutiny of documents and interviews was posted on the website of the respondent. It was on 17.7.2020 that the respondent posted a notice on the website pertaining to scrutiny of documents of the candidates wherein several dates MOHAN SINGH 2020.10.06 19:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

- 2 - CWP-16247-2020 (O&M) were given for the purpose of scrutiny of the documents. The petitioner, however, missed the said notice and as such did not appear before the authorities concerned for scrutiny of her documents. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since the selection process has not been finalized, the petitioner be given one additional chance to get her documents scrutinized so as to enable her to appear for the interview.

I have considered the aforesaid submission on behalf of the petitioner. A perusal of the notice dated 17.7.2020 (Annexure P-4) shows that the candidates were notified as regards the dates on which their documents were to be scrutinized. The said notice was posted on the website. It is not a case where individual notices in respect of candidates had been issued. Since hundreds of candidates had been informed by way of the said notice, therefore in case the petitioner had missed noticing the aforesaid dates while other candidates duly noticed the said "notice" dated 17.7.2020 then it is the petitioner herself who is to be blamed. As such, this Court does not find any ground for issuance of any direction. The petition is sans merit and the same is hereby dismissed.
