AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of petitioner for extension of two years of service from the age of 58 years to 60 years in the light of instructions of Government of Haryana in view of fact that petitioner is 70% permanent physically disabled. Learned State Counsel has handed over a copy of order dated 30.07.2019 vide which extension of two years of service has been granted to the petitioner. The same is taken on record. No cause of action survives in present writ petition.

In view of above, present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
