RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to respondent/authorities to put the petitioner in possession of the vacant land comprised in Khewat No.668/677 Khatoni No.1144 Killa No.42//3 (0-3), Killa No.42//8 (0-3), Killa No.42//13 (0-3) and Killa No.42//18/1 (0-2), i.e. on total land measuring (0-11) or in the alternative land measuring 11 marlas of same quality be given to the petitioner or further to pay compensation in lieu of the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy as available to him under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
