-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.73 dated 28.6.2022 registered under Section 115 IPC at Police Station Maur, District Bathinda.
The counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties and quashing petition bearing CRM-M1258-2023 has been filed seeking quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise.

( 2 ) CRM-M-32628-2022 (O&M) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also joined investigation with the police by virtue of previous order of interim bail passed by this Court.
State counsel on instructions from ASI Charanjit Sharma has submitted that indeed the petitioner has joined investigation with the police and the petitioner is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation.
The counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant submits that as per his instructions earlier talks were going on between the parties with regard to compromise. However, he has not disputed the fact of filing of CRM-M-1258-2023.
In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 28.7.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
