(ORAL) This is the petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for challenging the order dated 10.03.2017 (Annexure P-2), vide which the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender without following the due process of law, the petitioner has no role to play in the present case FIR No.460 dated 04.05.2016 (Annexure P-1) under Section 346, 387, 395, 420, 506 (2) IPC and under Section 25, 54 and 59 of Arms Act, 1959 at P.S. Sadar, District Gurugram, therefore, the petitioner has no occasion to abscond from the proceedings of the present case, therefore, the petitioner is still ready to face the proceedings, in the present case.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition at this stage.
