Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record a compliance report and has submitted that in pursuance of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court, a speaking order dated 25.05.2026 has been passed which has been annexed as Annexure R-1 along with the compliance report. A copy of the compliance report has been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy in case any grievance of the petitioner is left. 3.
