Petitioner has sought a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to release an amount of ` 2,26,396/- illegally recovered from her for giving her a 'No Dues Certificate' in respect of House No. 871-B, Sector 43, Chandigarh which was allotted to her husband. It has been urged before the court that despite number of visits to the office of respondents, neither any details have been supplied to the petitioner nor refund of the amount has been made.

Petition is disposed of with the direction that respondent no. 3 would look into the matter and pass a speaking order within six weeks from today.
