Vs. The Appellate Authority under Payment of Gratuity Act and others', decided on 30.08.2018 and other connected cases, relating to grant of gratuity.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is also disposed of in the same terms i.e. CWP No.7280 of 2016, decided on 30.08.2018.
