CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJIT SINGH
Present:
Mr.Krishan Kumar, Advocate for Ms.Pinky Bangarh, Advocate for the petitioner.
**** INDERJIT SINGH, J.
Petitioner has filed this second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0009 dated 17.01.2019 under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station City Rupnagar.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.
The perusal of the record shows that this is second petition. Earlier also, petitioner has filed the petition for grant of anticipatory bail and in that case, after hearing arguments for sometime, when this Court was not inclined to issue notice of motion, then petition was withdrawn. Today again, no changed circumstance has been shown as to how the petitioner is entitled to benefit of anticipatory bail. As per allegations in the FIR accused VINEET GULATI 2019.07.18 11:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
CRM No.M-28095 of 2019 -2persons/non-applicants along with other persons were involved in getting the young persons recruited in Indian Army by preparing false and forged verification reports and accused persons were working as a gang. The present petitioner has been nominated in this case. Keeping in view the facts and circumstance of the present case and in view of the serious allegations against the petitioner, I find that petitioner is required for custodial interrogation and no ground is made out for granting benefit of anticipatory bail to him. Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
