**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) On 30.05.2017, the following order was passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court:- 'Notice of motion for 13.09.2017.

Matter relates to selection and appointment to the post of Assistant Professor (College Cadre) in subject of Commerce. Petitioner be subjected to scrutiny of documents and interview, The Selection Authority need not announce the petitioner's result until further orders.'

Today, learned counsel for respondent No.2 has produced the result of the petitioner in a sealed cover, which on the asking of this Court, has been opened and perused.
