In this petition, the prayer is to direct the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and to take appropriate legal action against respondents No.4 to 11, who filed false complaint against the petitioners.

On the last three effective dates, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Today also, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

As per status report, filed by the State counsel, cancellation report has been written in case vide FIR No.200 dated 07.05.2024 under Section 365 IPC registered at Police Station Maheshnagarh, Ambala got recorded by petitioner No.1.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
